Dispatch
  • All Writing instruments are finished and plated to individual order requirements. Depending on what is requested and the volume of orders currently being processed, this can take between 7-10 working days before item is shipped.
Delivery
  • Delivery will be with one of the major couriers and free inside the UK except outlaying islands.
  • If ordering from outside the UK there will be a £120 international delivery charge added
Damage in transit
  • Must be pointed out to the courier at time of delivery. Pictures and report can be then sent to us on info@spellbodan.com
Repair and service
  • If you writing instrument becomes impaired in function or look. Please email details and we will be in contact to advise cost and action to be taken.
Guarantee
  • All SpellBodan products come with a 1 year Manufacturing defect warranty and a 2 year surface plating warranty
Returns
  • If you find the product you have bought is not as you had expected, or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us by phone +44 (0)1622 676791 or email info@spellbodan.com. We will advise the necessary course of action at that stage.
  • If you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as the goods have been returned unused. If you wish to replace the item, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
  • For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product. Personalised and customised orders are excluded from the return guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
