SpellBodan Delivery and Returns Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our shipping and returns policy below for detailed information on our processes and your rights.

1. Delivery Information

1.1 Production Time All writing instruments are finished and plated to individual order requirements. Depending on the specifics of your request and the current volume of orders, this process can take between 7-10 working days before the item is shipped.

1.2 Delivery Delivery will be handled by one of the major couriers and is free within the UK, except for outlying islands. For orders outside the UK, a £120 international delivery charge will be added.

1.3 Damage in Transit If your product is damaged in transit, it must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Please take pictures and send a report to us at info@spellbodan.com.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you find the product you have bought is not as you had expected or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us by phone at +44 (0)1622 676791 or email at info@spellbodan.com. We will advise the necessary course of action at that stage.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as the goods have been returned unused.

4. Replacements

If you wish to replace the item, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

5. Return Shipping

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product. Personalised and customised orders are excluded from the return guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranty

All SpellBodan products come with a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty and a 2-year surface plating warranty.
